Answer these few questions to help you help you decide when the time is right for you to quit.

Do you want to quit smoking?

It is important you want to quit. Be clear about your reasons to quit. Becoming smoke free can be a challenging time. Not everyone is ready to quit smoking when their Dr or family wants them to. It is normal to be in two minds about quitting, your motivation to quit will go up and down as your situation changes.

Nicotine is highly addictive and is the key reason you may find it hard to quit. The number of cigarettes and the times of day that you smoke these can be linked to your routines and emotions.
